Having raced karts competitively for years but never taken nutrition seriously, knowing that my current diet wasn’t great and armed with an open mind I got in touch with Andy. Andy got me to try out the Intermittent Fasting technique, something I had not heard of before. Along with suggesting this technique Andy provided me with all the nutritional information I needed to make sure I was eating the right foods at the right times to make the most of my new diet. It wasn’t long after meeting with Andy that I started to feel the benefits, feeling mentally and physically sharp in my everyday life and during my races, the results I was after soon followed. Using Andy’s advice, I managed to drop 5kgs in weight whilst remaining physically and mentally strong.
